About Blue Sky Beach Cottage

The 1939 Blue Sky Beach Cottage is a charming single-family home with an attached studio suite, located on Cottage Row in downtown Cocoa Beach. Super-close to everything yet nestled in a peaceful setting, it’s the perfect spot for your next beach getaway.

Sitting just one block from the beach, you can walk to your favorite restaurants, entertainment, and shopping — or simply stroll to the sand. It’s also a great option for cruise vacationers looking for a comfortable stay before or after sailing out of Port Canaveral.

Main Cottage

The main cottage features a full kitchen, family room, workspace, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms (king, full, and single beds), a half bathroom, and a separate shower room. The main cottage opens onto an expansive back deck with a large picnic table and umbrellas – perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Attached Studio Suite

Accessed from inside the main house, the studio suite has its own kitchenette, full bathroom, an efficiency living room with couch, and a queen-size bedroom. The studio also has its own fenced-in outdoor porch – great for privacy or quiet mornings with a coffee.

Outdoor Areas & Parking

Both the cottage and studio have their own dedicated outdoor spaces. A large private parking area behind the property accommodates up to 4 cars.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home including both the main cottage and attached studio suite. The outside shed is locked and not accessible. There is an owners’ closet in the single-bed bedroom that guests may access for cleaning supplies or a vacuum if needed.

Blue Sky Beach Cottage is located at 133 N Orlando Ave on Cottage Row in downtown Cocoa Beach, right on A1A Southbound. You’re just one block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and the famous Cocoa Beach Pier.

Parking is behind the property on Skip Beeler Lane, accessed from 1st Street North – with space for up to 4 cars.

Port Canaveral is minutes away – making this an ideal pre- or post-cruise stay. The Kennedy Space Center is a short drive north, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about an hour, and Melbourne Airport (MLB) is around 35 minutes.

Driving Directions

The GPS address is 133 North Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL (on A1A Southbound). Parking is in the back on Skip Beeler Lane, accessed from 1st Street North.

From Orlando Airport (MCO) - 55–60 min
  1. Exit MCO following signs for FL-528 East (Beachline Expressway) toward Cocoa Beach/Port Canaveral.
  2. Stay on FL-528 E until it becomes A1A South as you approach Cocoa Beach.
  3. Continue straight on A1A S for a few miles.
  4. Turn right onto N Orlando Ave – your destination at 133 N Orlando Ave will be on the right.
From Melbourne Airport (MLB) - 35–40 min
  1. Exit MLB and head east on NASA Blvd.
  2. Turn left onto S Babcock St (FL-507).
  3. Merge onto US-1 North.
  4. Turn right onto FL-528 East (Beachline Expressway) toward Cocoa Beach/Port Canaveral.
  5. Continue on FL-528 E until it becomes A1A South.
  6. Follow A1A S into Cocoa Beach.
  7. Your destination, 133 N Orlando Ave, will be on the right shortly after entering the downtown Cocoa Beach area.
From the West (via FL-520) - Short drive
  1. Head east on FL-520 (Cocoa Beach Causeway) toward the beach.
  2. Continue straight until you cross the Banana River and enter Cocoa Beach.
  3. Stay on FL-520 until you reach N Orlando Ave (A1A northbound).
  4. Turn left onto N Orlando Ave.
  5. Continue a short distance – 133 N Orlando Ave will be on your right.
